Geoffrey M. Waldrom is a principal with Strategic Commercial Realty in Phoenix. With more than nineteen years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Waldrom has serviced the needs of a broad range of clients, including national clients as National City Mortgage and ALLTEL. Additionally he has represented national companies which are headquartered here in Phoenix such as Microchip Technologies and Universal Technology Institute. Mr. Waldrom also specializes in representing local law firms, medical professionals, CPA's, manufacturers, printers and other commercial space users.

With his vast experience in Tenant Representation, Waldrom has a perspective that he brings to leasing and selling of properties that enables him to position properties more effectively enabling him to list properties and get results quicker than others. His critical eye helps him to position properties in such a way as to make them more appealing to potential Tenants, Buyers and Investors.

Mr. Waldrom is also a successful developer. His first project was a 22,000sf medical office condo project located in Ahwatukee. He has also developed a 35,000sf light industrial condo project located in Glendale near the Cardinal's Stadium. He is familiar with the development process including: land acquisition, financial models, design, construction, marketing contract negotiations, closing, draws, bank financing and budgets.
