A successful and proven senior executive with 30+ years of profit and loss responsibility in all types of business from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-sized privately-held concerns.
Fred has acquired, funded and managed ten different businesses. This experience enables him to quickly gain insight and understanding to the challenges facing growing companies, particularly in today's business environment.

Before co-founding INSIGHTS, Fred was an owner of Haas Associates, an independent management consulting firm.

He also served as Owner/CEO of Haas & Haas Inc., a holding company established for the purpose of acquiring and growing small to medium-sized manufacturing firms. He acquired Roxite, the Fiber-Reinforced Composite Building Products Division of the Masonite Corporation; purchased a plumbing and cabinet wholesaler Ahrens & McCarron, turning it into a profitable company and sold it after two years; purchased a marginally profitable manufacturer of private label concrete finishing products, Central Adhesive Company, relocated its production and increased profits by 30% via automation and marketing efforts.

Prior to this he held management positions with P&L responsibilities with two Fortune 500 companies.
