With the rapid growth of population in Phoenix from the Midwest there has been much business brought to the valley. As a native of Illinois himself, Fred has focused for the last 5 years on tenant representation for those transitioning to Phoenix from out of state.
Fred is a successful and proven senior executive with 30+ years of profit and loss responsibility in all types of business from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-sized privately-held concerns.
Before co-founding INSIGHTS, Fred was an owner of Haas Associates, an independent management consulting firm.
He also served as Owner/CEO of Haas & Haas Inc., a holding company established for the purpose of acquiring and growing small to medium-sized manufacturing firms. He acquired Roxite, the Fiber-Reinforced Composite Building Products Division of the Masonite Corporation; purchased a plumbing and cabinet wholesaler Ahrens & McCarron, turning it into a profitable company and sold it after two years; purchased a marginally profitable manufacturer of private label concrete finishing products, Central Adhesive Company, relocated its production and increased profits by 30% via automation and marketing efforts.
Prior to this he held management positions with P&L responsibilities with two Fortune 500 companies.
