Over the past 26 years, Doug’s business background has allowed him to sit on both sides of the negotiating table with regards to real estate transactions, as a business owner, a personal real estate investor and as an agent representing both owners and users with their real estate requirements.  This experience has provided Doug with a deeper understanding into the needs of landlords and tenants in real estate transactions.  During Doug’s career as a real estate agent at his own company and with major commercial real estate brokerage companies, Doug has had the opportunity to negotiate on behalf of his client’s well more than $100 million in real estate transactions. 

As an entrepreneur, Doug has started several companies and corporations, initiated and completed a Reg-D offering, worked with several investment banking firms arranging private placements and a public offering and has been involved manageing and growing a business in multipule locations from San Diego CA to Spokane WA. This broad based business background helps Doug solve complex business issues when assisting his clients with achieving their real estate objectives.

When not working, Doug regularly participates as a camp counselor at Camp Alandale, a camp for abused children in Idyllwild, California and also enjoys hiking, fishing, playing golf and participating in church activities.
